Itsuki Hirata started training in judo at 6 years old and went on to win a prefectural judo championship in high school.

After graduating at the age of 18, Itsuki started mixed martial arts and went on to win Fighting Agent War Season 3, a reality show and MMA competition similar to The Ultimate Fighter.

As a result, Itsuki signed a contract with ONE Championship in 2019 and has since gone 5-1 on her journey to the atomweight title.

Nat Jaroonsak is from Bangkok and started Muay Thai at the age of 6. She discontinued her training but picked it up again at the age of 17 and won 2 Thai titles before being signed by ONE Championship in 2020.

Nat has so far amassed a 3-1 record in ONE and even made her MMA debut in May 2022, winning by armbar.

She originally trained at Marrok Force in Bangkok but during her run to winning two national Muay Thai titles, Nat transitioned to  Fairtex gym in Pattaya, Thailand, and has remained there since.

Rika Ishige is regarded as the first Thai female MMA fighter after making her professional MMA debut in 2017 for ONE Championship. Since then, she’s amassed a 4-5 record, after recently losing her last three fights (March 2023).

Rika Ishige started her martial arts journey at 13 years old because of the bullying she suffered at school due to her mixed Japanese and Thai descent.

She first picked up aikido and karate but stopped training to focus on securing a degree in civil aviation. After a year in the office, Rika started MMA and Muay Thai, and roughly a year later she was making her debut in ONE Championship.
